POC Collaborative was founded on a simple premise: our community already has what it needs to thrive. That belief shapes everything we do. It is both a reflection of our vibrant history and a commitment to our shared future. Our work is rooted in abundance and guided by an asset-based approach — identifying, organizing, and deploying the resources already found in our community to bring individuals, associations, and institutions together around shared goals.
