Check-In Details

Check-in opens at 8:00 AM on all training dates and will close 10 minutes prior to the start of the first session. At check-in, you’ll receive your training packet and printed materials.

Please plan to arrive early to allow enough time to complete check-in and be seated.

Attendance Requirement

To receive a certificate of completion, participants must attend all sessions in full. The course has been designed as a progressive learning experience, with each session building upon the last.

To get the most out of the training, we encourage all participants to download and review the materials in advance. These resources will provide important context and help you come prepared to dive into discussion and planning.

Meals and Dietary Information

A light breakfast of coffee and pastries will be served from 8:00 – 8:25 AM each day. Lunch will also be provided, with a variety of meal options available.

If you noted dietary restrictions during registration, our team will ensure appropriate accommodations are provided.

Venue and Parking

Free parking is available in the lots directly west of the Kiewit Luminarium, accessible from Riverfront Drive. These lots are just steps from the venue’s main entrance.

Please note that ongoing construction in downtown Omaha—including work near Lewis & Clark Landing and surrounding roadways—may impact typical routes and travel times. We recommend allowing extra time for arrival and following posted detours or event parking signage upon approach.
