Check-In Details
Check-in begins at 7:30 AM on both days and will close 10 minutes prior to the start of the first session. At check-in, you’ll receive your full training packet, including printed materials and your POCC event credentials.
Please plan to arrive early to allow enough time to complete check-in and get settled.
Attendance Requirement
To receive a certificate of completion, participants must attend all sessions in full over both days. The course has been designed as a progressive learning experience, with each session building upon the last.
Meals and Dietary Information
Breakfast will be served from 7:30 – 8:30 AM each day. Lunch will also be provided. A variety of meal options will be available.
If you noted dietary restrictions during registration, our team will ensure appropriate accommodations are available.
Venue and Parking
The training will be held in the Gold Coast Ballroom at The Cottonwood Hotel. The venue is located in the historic Blackstone District, easily accessible by car or public transit.
Parking Options:
Metered street parking is available near the hotel
Valet parking is offered at a rate of $15 per day
Attendees are responsible for their own parking costs
