Course Details
Everything You Need to Know
Attendance: Check-in begins at 7:30 AM and closes 10 minutes before the session starts.
Participants must attend all sessions in their entirety to receive a certificate of completion.

Parking: There is ample free parking on-site.
Meals: Breakfast and lunch are provided daily. A variety of options will be available, with dietary restrictions noted.

Meet the Facilitators
Developing Annual Sustainability Facilitator
Kimberly Conway Dumpson, JD, CFRE
Vice President for Advancement at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Foundation. A lawyer and fundraising executive with over two decades of experience spanning frontline fundraising, executive leadership, board governance, and consulting. Kimberly has been an adjunct faculty member for The Fund Raising School and brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and mission-focused strategy.
Developing Annual Sustainability Facilitator
Tiara Dungy
Justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion education consultant with 17 years of experience across the philanthropic, public, and private sectors in the U.S. and South Africa. Tiara specializes in building capacity for small nonprofits and programs in transition. She holds degrees from Spelman College, the University of the Witwatersrand, and Indiana University.
Fundraising Campaigns Facilitator
Rochelle M. Jerry, CFRM
A seasoned nonprofit executive and nationally recognized fundraising strategist with more than 29 years of experience in strategic planning, institutional advancement, governance, and organizational leadership. She has successfully raised more than $18.5 million in new operating revenue and is known for building sustainable funding ecosystems that strengthen mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve.
